NTUA Event: Elimination of Gender Violence in the Higher Education Institutions

The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering – NTUA, within the framework of CALIPER, and in cooperation with the Gender Equality Committee of NTUA, have organised an event on the Elimination of Gender Violence in the Higher Education Institutions.

The main goal of the event was to inform the Institution’s community on ways of dealing with incidents of gender violence, the steps required to create a protective framework, what is on place today, as well as exploring proposals to eliminate gender-based violence and/or sexual harassment in the Higher Education Institutions. The event had more than 55 on site participants and more than 180 online participants from Greece, Cyprus, Italy and the USA.
