Our colleague Prof. Mangala Srinivas from the Young Academy of Europe published an article with Dr Sylvia Brugman, Dr Meghann Ormond & Dr Janneke Pieters from Wageningen University.
The title is “Eight ways universities can make career assessment more equitable” and it provides recommendations on how to achieve diversity and inclusion in the new R&R policies.
R&R policies (Recognition & Rewards) support diverse skill- and competency-based career paths, recognise both individual and team performance, and value quality over quantity in academic outputs.
