CALIPER participates in the SUPERA webinar: “Engaging with external stakeholders and innovation ecosystems to foster institutional change”
Today, on the 8th of April, CALIPER along with the sister project GENDER-Smart, took part in our other sister SUPERA webinar “Engaging with external stakeholders and innovation ecosystems to foster institutional change” while implementing a Gender Equality Plan.
Inclusive GEPs (Gender Equality Plans) are strongly encouraged by the European Commission in the HorizonEurope framework, which implies inter-sectoral collaboration and engagement, along with an intersectional approach.
Our scientific coordinator Maria Sanguiliano presented the CALIPER methodology and reflected on the adoption of new indicators for assessing gender inequalities taking into account areas of collaboration between research organisations and their innovation ecosystem, and codesigning Gender Equality Plans. As a result, new areas of intervention and collaborative actions with external stakeholders can be included.
