9 GEPs

CALIPER designs and implements Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) for the RPOs/RFOs to boost female researchers’ role in STEM field

5 Phases

The project unfolds in five phases, including internal and external assessment of gender conditions, GEPs development, implementation, evaluation and future sustainability

From Research & Innovation to Market

CALIPER creates strong linkages between the research and innovation ecosystems in the project countries to enhance female researchers’ career prospects both at institutional and business level

ERA objectives

The project addresses the three gender related objectives of the European Research Area (ERA) for more female researchers in research and innovation procedures.

Duration

CALIPER is going to last 48 months

Who can benefit

CALIPER organises multi stakeholder dialogues to get key actors from the regional and national innovation ecosystems on board and secure the exploitation and further expansion of the best practices derived by the CALIPER GEP implementing partners.
